Joshi seemed to be sending his message to Out-of-Towers, saying, “You’re welcome to come here to enjoy our sights, scenery and restaurants, but if you take part in sideshow activities your vehicle will be towed away.”

Joshi ended the video with a warning, “If you think you have gotten away with sideshow in the past, there are some who will tell you that we came to their homes and took their vehicles after a sideshow. So please come to our city to enjoy it. Do not take part in the sideline. “

The tweet asked citizens with information about sideshow activities to email their tips to Oakland Police at [email protected]
